2023Pickskin Pick'em Official Rules
No purchase is necessary to enter contest and claim prizes.
Entry form will include game predictions, name and telephone number.
CONTEST DATES: Entries accepted all 18 weeks of the Professional Football Season starting, September 10, 2023.
CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION: Contestants can play at any participating Grotto Pizza location. Participating locations – (Pennsylvania Avenue, Concord Pike, Newark, Dover, Milford, Long Neck, Grand Slam Lewes, Seaford, Bethany, Middletown, Millsboro, Camden, and Columbia). Entries can only be made at one location. Multiple location entries may be subject to disqualification. Materials submitted become property of Grotto Pizza, Inc. Winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and name and likeness publicity release and a waiver and release of liability. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules. The decision(s) of judges provided by Grotto Pizza Inc., will be final. All taxes and any registration fees or deposits are the sole responsibility of the verified winner.
ELIGIBILITY: Participation for the prize is open to any individual age 21 (calculated from documental date of birth) or older,
EXCEPT: employees of Grotto Pizza, Inc.; persons with a family relationship to those employees (spouse, parent/child, sibling or in-law relationship); owners and or management level employees of advertising agencies in this contest, if applicable; employees of advertising agencies representing sponsors in this contest, if applicable, and employees of the advertising sponsors in this contest, and persons with a family relationship to employees of advertising sponsors in this contest, if applicable. Participants may be required to certify that they meet these qualifications to be eligible (are not otherwise excluded) at time of winning or at time of actual award of prize. If a prize is inadvertently awarded to an individual who does not meet eligibility requirements, individual will not receive the prize and, if the contest has ended, the subsequent awarding of a prize may be made at the discretion of the judge(s).
AWARDING OF PRIZE: One Grand Prize will be awarded to the overall point leader for each participating location. One point is awarded for each correct selection. Pigskin Pick’em sheets must be turned in before the start of the first game on Sunday. If a sheet is submitted after the start of the first game on Sunday, those games will not be counted for the point total. The Tie-breaker is total points of final game of the week. Contestants must pick the total score of the game. One point is awarded for each correct selection. In the event a game results in a tie, no points will be awarded. Contestant with closest point total wins the tie-breaker. After all 18 weeks or the season is deemed completed by the NFL, the first place prize is awarded to the contestant with the highest point total for each participating location. Contestants must pick up their prize after they are notified at the store where they won. No prizes will be shipped.
VERIFICATION: All contest materials are subject to verification.
PRIZE DESCRIPTION(S): (1) $500 Visa Gift Card will be awarded at each participating location.
TRANSFER OF PRIZE OR SUBSTITUTION: No transfer of prize or substitution of prize is permitted.
LIMITATIONS: Each Person is allowed to enter one Pigskin Pick’em form per week for the football season. Participants can only enter and earn points at one location. Participants cannot change locations or transfer points to another location.

INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Grotto Pizza Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest, Grotto Pizza Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
Grotto Pizza Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or transactions. Grotto Pizza Inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry or transaction to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this contest.
LOST OR CORRUPTED ENTRIES: Grotto Pizza Inc. and contest sponsors, hereinafter referred to as (the contest entities), and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the contest.
DAMAGED PROPERTY: Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any participants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading materials from this contest.
